Hip 30 Sugars Guns Blazing 2015 Paint Gelding

Let me introduce to you one of the most versatile geldings. Gunzy is no stranger to the winners circle. In 2018 at the APHA World Show he won Reserve Champion in the heading. He was also 3rd in the working Cow Horse, top 5 in the Tie-Down.  In 2020 he was the Triple Crown winner at the American Stock HorseAssociation national show.  He is very easy to showing is youth friendly in the show pen. For a few years he was shown by a youth in the reined cow horse events. He would be a great horse for a non-pro or youth that was starting in the reining or cow horse event, as he knows his job but he isn't over powering in his maneuvers.  In the arena he knows all the maneuvers such as, lead changes, spins, side passes, collection and of course a huge stop.  Gunzy is definitely one of those horses that it doesn't matter if you ride him once a week or once a month he's gonna be the same horse you put up last time. I believe this alone makes him great for a non-pro that is wanting a show horse.  Gunzy will also trail ride and is perfect! He doesn't get in a hurry and is just leisurely taking the ride step by step. Gunzy crosses logs, water, brush, and ditches. He has also been used at a few ranch rodeos this past year and has really excelled.  We have used Gunzy to gather, sort and doctor cattle.  I recently used him to gather cattle on one of the coldest mornings we have had in Oklahoma and I pulled him out saddled him, put him on the trailer and when we got there we trotted off across hundreds of acres and he was absolutely perfect. I joke all the time I am no cowgirl when it comes to gathering cattle especially in the cold and in big country and he made me look and feel like I was a pro! I feel like Gunzy is one of those horses that anyone could get alone with and will absolutely love!
