Kelli Neubert is the woman behind Palm Tree Ponies. She works alongside her husband Luke, starting western performance colts, raising and training versatile, gentle, good moving ponies and training/showing cowhorses for NRCHA events. She has a daughter Mae and son Louie, who are also a big part of the day-to-day operations. Kelli grew up on the central coast of California and graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with a Journalism and Mass Communications degree. She married Luke in 2011 and they moved to Texas in 2014. Her professional goals include pursuing financial freedom via real estate; raising, training, selling and promoting an elite quality of versatile ponies and performance horses and continuing to foster different outlets for her writing. Her personal goals revolve around raising independent Christian children, staying dedicated to her fitness, pursuing her passion for food (both eating and cooking) and showing horses on a more competitive level. She also writes for Western Horseman via an online horsemanship blog titled “Neu Perspectives.”
