At Bond Ranch & Performance Horses, usability and practicality are at the center of the equine training program. Rowdy & Morgan have spent years in the equine industry riding, training, and showing quarter horses. They are based in Ranger, Texas and are privileged to spend their summers traveling and working on ranches throughout the west. The hand selected horses that come through their program have seen it all - from the bright lights of the rodeo arena to the boggy yearling pastures of the Colorado Mountains.Rowdy Bond is an active member of the PRCA as a steer roper and team roper. When he’s not practicing and competing, Rowdy is horseback on a ranch job helping catch strays, ship, gather, doctor, and brand cattle. Rowdy has built a reputation for himself in ranching communities across the west as “a cowboy you want on your crew”. His horses are the product of his years refining not only working cowboy skills, but excellent horsemanship. Along with spending every day in the saddle, Rowdy also raises beef and corriente cattle.Morgan brings a level of versatility to the Bond Ranch & Performance Horses program that ensures each offering has the “Jack of All Trades” resume. She has a background in riding & training performance horses for both western & english disciplines. Morgan takes great pride in not only the versatility of her horses, but their overall health and well-being. With her experience in equine performance medicine, Morgan provides all of the horses on the ranch with top quality feed, care, and conditioning. You’ll often find her behind the camera lens at brandings and rodeos. As a result of her well-versed background, Morgan has made a name for herself in the Western Industry and is dedicated to matching horses and people of all disciplines.Together, Morgan & Rowdy have built a program that manifests quality.
