As his name implies, this handsome guy can lay his hoof to a task and make it shine! Nugget is a registered Gypsy Vanner gelding bringing exceptional hair and all the feather you could desire all wrapped up in the equine version of Prince Charming. Nugget adores human interaction and will reciprocate all the love he receives. His large, soft eyes will take you to another place where only peace and love exist.

Nugget is a very intelligent and naturally gifted gentleman. He has a nice amount of buttons but is always ready to learn more things if you so desire. Nugget is a pleasure to work with as he seeks to please his person. He carries an attitude that you can only hope a horse is born with.

Nugget is accustomed to doing a variety of tasks. He is a sport horse natural with his smooth, powerful trot and balanced, uphill canter. Carrying his rider down the trail in a western saddle or doing some ranch work are all things he will take in stride and do to perfection! Doing arena work with Nugget is very enjoyable thanks to his lightness and suppleness. Lateral work is a breeze for him and he can do small jumps with ease. Like all of the horses at Silvercrest, Nugget has been exposed to cows, goats, dogs, wild children, general chaos, smoke, flames, and gun fire.
Adding to his list of talents is his ability to pull your carriage with ease down Main Street or the path in the woods.

Nugget has been doing liberty and trick work and really enjoys the process of developing a deeper connection with his human. Be sure to watch his videos for updates. He has exceptional hoof quality and can be maintained bare foot or shod. No maintenance is required except routine horse care.
